Concrete & Asphalt Sealing

Over time the oils in the asphalt binder that keep asphalt flexible evaporate through a process called oxidization. When the pavement dries-out and loses its elasticity, cracks will form when the pavement expands and contracts through the summer/winter cycles.

By using an asphalt rejuvenator that penetrates into the asphalt we reverse the process of oxidization by restoring the vital oils that are lost through oxidation thus bringing back elasticity into the pavement which will allow the pavement to flex with the high/low temperatures of summer and winter.

Asphalt rejuvenators also do everything a sealer does as well as it also seals the top of the asphalt creating a barrier which protects against wear, chemicals, traffic and the elements.

By protecting your asphalt with an asphalt rejuvenator you will be adding 4-7 years life back into your pavement and at the same time you will get a beautiful look appeal factor to tag along with it.
